Off on a winter break to Florida with the family.
Given the cold wet wind this morning this seems like an excellent decision
Work on the Everest Marathon will continues on our return but
I will have to do some training whilest away
I copped out of a very hilly 13 miler earlier this week
Respect to Barry Rob and Alex whose thighs and calf where opefully as painful as mine.
