So it hasn't died and neither have I or at least not yet.

I'm off to Everest with the gang on Tuesday.
We are ready and up for it and I can't wait.
I can't say there is no apprehension but we have all bases covered and we will be careful.
Last weekend we had an excellent day with a family in the lakes learning about pacer poles more about this later.
I also need to find out how to blog from the trek and lakes
